Upon arriving at the hotel, I quickly realized that the cleanliness was subpar with a strong cigarette smoke and bleach smell lingering in the air. The staff, however, were courteous and helpful, making the overall service experience pleasant. The location, though surrounded by undesirable elements, was convenient for my needs.
